Everyday is an adventure the moment you make your first step out of the door. Everything is an artwork waiting to unfold; you just have to appreciate the process. Everyone is a traveler who's on a constant journey.
I am a nomad who welcomes any adventure that life has to offer, even if it involves trekking the rugged roads. For a guy who is constantly seeking for adventure, I have one flaw: a broken compass. Aside from lacking enormous amount of money (hahaha!), I don’t have a good sense of direction and I just depend on my feet to drag me anywhere.
Here are the crazy terms I came up with for my blog. Don't worry you can use it freely (just don't forget to mention me :)).
Adiktus Trippus: Either spurs of the moment or planned journeys that can be outrageous. They need not be expensive or far. It is enjoying every moment, experiencing and/or learning new things along the way.
Houdini Triff: A solo voyage that one has to take to clear his/her mind from stress caused by urban struggles. This may require going out of one’s comfort zone.
Steady Ped: short for “pedestrian”, this term refers to anyone embarking on a journey.
My biggest Houdini Triff is when I departed for the States. That, for me, was the diciest yet noteworthy adventure of my life. I don’t know what was in store for me when I set my foot there. New culture, new set of people - it was definitely going out of my cul-de-sac. Like what I’ve written before, all I had were my hopes and dreams of providing for my family, making it big and becoming one of the best designers.
I hope that I can narrate every experience, every journey, which I have embarked on. AND I hope you, my dear readers, will enjoy reading them. :)
